Automatic C6 and E4OD:

*Stock Ford Torque Converter- Our adapters work with your stock Ford or Chevy / GM torque converter, you do not have to buy a different one just to bolt up to our adapters.
Automatic Transmission Controllers
**If you are using an electronic overdrive transmission (Ford E4OD or 4R100) or a Chevy / GM (4L80E) it will need a stand-alone controller to tell it when to shift. (For the Ford E4OD that was behind the non- Powerstroke Ford diesel ['87-'94] it is possible to use the stand-alone controller that is in the truck, but this way does not work the best and it is a lot of work. Therefore, we highly recommend using an aftermarket stand alone controller). If you do not have a laptop computer, the Compushift controller is for you. The Compushift will come with the Harness and will come pre-programmed. It lists for $1095, but sells for $895 when bought with our adapters. For automatic Ford trucks 97 and earlier, you will need to buy the Compushift Display and Programmer as well ($235). For Ford trucks later than 97 the Compushift Display and Programmer is not required, but it is highly recommended, for complete tuning capability. In order to have this programmed properly for you we will need you to report your gear ratios (i.e. 3.55, 3.73, 4.10, etc...) and your tire height (inches from the ground up...i.e. 31" tall etc...). If you need help figuring these out, let us know.
***If you are using an electronic overdrive 5R110 TorqShift automatic that comes behind the 2003 and newer Ford 6.0 PowerStroke, you will need a stand-alone controller as well. We use the PCS controller for this Ford transmission. We send the harness with the PCS controller. The PCS controller sells for $850 when bought with our adapters. We sell this controller with technical and tuning support. Pre-programming, harness modifications, and labeling for your specific truck is also included in the additional support fee [5R110 ($250) and 4R110 ($100)]. 5R110 transmissions require this included, specialized clutch to clutch tuning support for each specific transmission.
